Yes, I'm a constant dieter. Up and down, year after year. But that's my problem! I keep going on diets. And sometimes I lose weight but I gain it back once my diet "ends." Duh! Think, Act, Love, Lose Weight really opened my eyes to what I was doing. First, let me say this is a book jam-packed (almost 300 pages, not like those little pamphlet diet eBooks that are all over the Internet!) with an entire lifestyle philosophy. In addition, Shane Jeremy James understands how this all works because he is master at motivating people. He has lived it and he teaches it well. This book shows how when your entire attitude changes your weight loss naturally improves and your interactions with others - and yes, even your love life - can dramatically change for the better. If you need to lose weight and want to, you will be shocked when you are done here because you're going to shed weight but also a lot of baggage and feel wonderful about yourself!!!
This is by far one of the "better" diet secret books that I have read. I am somewhat overweight, give or take a few pounds so I definitely would love to loose a few pounds and this book is going to help me do just that. I really like this book because it made losing weight more realistic with proven tips and guide. It had helpful hints and a simple guide that can fit perfectly into my lifestyle.

I can't say enough good about it, I really enjoyed the read and strongly recommend it for anyone who wants a real guide or anyone who wand to live an healthier lifestyle. You would love it.
To be honest, after reading this and actually losing weight after reading, I've realized
that for a long period of time, I really approached weight loss the wrong way. Like most people
I was struggling to stick to ridiculous diets or supplementary meals, and if I did lose
a bit of weight, I was quick to put it back on. However, after reading this I realized how
important the mental preparation/aspect of weight loss is. And not to mention that it could
be changed in a very short amount of time allowing me to then physically lose weight. On top
of helping to reconfigure your mindset, Shane outlines a simple but in depth exercise plan
that you can do in 30minutes or less, without leaving your house. I know after losing weight,
already that its not coming back thanks to Shane and this book.
This is not a gimmicky book like many weight loss books. The author has worked hard to get to the core issues that cause and maintain weight gain and he has found innovative and creative ways to reverse those gains. This is absolutely amazing. I have been looking for something like this for years and this is honestly the first book of it's kind that I have read and that really works. The way we think and act affects our life, that is proven by now. And this is how the really top athletes train, they think and act in certain ways in order to get to the top of their game. This is needed to deal with weight loss as well, we need to learn to think and act in new ways, stopping the chain of events that has resulted in the weight loss. We should avoid repeating the same patterns of behavior that got us here in the first place and move on to new ways of BEING! Clearly these issues challenge us to take a good look at our life and in so doing help us become better persons.

And our issues with weight have an added benefit they require us to find love! Finding love is an important matter that we should pay attention to in case and it seems to me that it is a very worthwhile goal. It is topics like this that place this book in a category apart. Yes, yes, yes. This is exactly what I was looking for. I've struggled with my weight for years. I am, well I was, a hardcore yo-yo dieter. I have done it all and the sad part is I enjoyed it. I always knew that their was more than just sticking to a diet to acheive weight loss. I needed something to help me make the changes permanent. It's a mindset issue for me. That's why I loved this.
