This series is phenomenal, it keeps you hooked through the pages and you can’t stop until you finish the book.This book is one of those where you can be at 3:00 a.m. and you're like: "one chapter more".
Certainly a character that continues to attracted me through the chapters is Kaz, I feel he never leaves his personality aside and he is loyal to himself inside and out the mafia.
And I also feel that Violet is more confident with her role in the mafia. They are more intense and shows us that their relationship is stronger.
You can’t have enough of them and the serie. The suspense between pages just make you want more and more and keep you reading and reading.
The problems with both mafias come to light, the chase begins. I feel like everything is like an hourglass where time is running out and you don’t know how it will end.
And that end!!! God is painfull.
London and Kris know how to play with your emotions. And leave you with the desperation of the third book.

Okay, so, if you ask me what you should read when you want a book with all the emotions, I'd say you have to pick up this series.
When I thought there's nothing better than perfection, this book showed up, and took my breath away. No kidding.
There are no words to express what a big storm I have in my soul. These ladies did an amazing work together. Again.
Kazimir and Violet are my top favorites.
Violet, you're one of the smartest and bravest heroines I've ever met.
And Kaz, you thief, you better bring my heart back!
And I only have one question. Ladies, how dare you end a book like this?! And there's nothing about the next book! Duh, I'll go nuts!!!
For once, I am going to start my review by mentioning the ending, instead of the beginning, my fellow mafia romance book loving-friends. Why? Because I’m still shell-shocked over it and openly admit I have no words to describe this seemingly “no way out” cliffhanger. If it wasn’t for the complete faith I have in Bethany-Kris and London Miller to turn the mafioso tables once again, I would be utterly heartbroken right now. Sorry, I can’t say much more than that, or I might talk too much. Hey, we all know what happens in the mob world when you do that. Some potential readers will likely want to see me swimming with the fishes, capische?
Just know that when Kaz gets out of the can/joint/clink/whatever your preferred nickname is for prison after months of plotting his revenge, he seems cool as a cucumber but, make no mistake, that man is on fire with steely determination to get Violet back and eliminate all threats to their happiness. First on his hit list, Vasily, his dear old dad. With a cat and mouse theme, back and forth baiting each other, Kaz and Violet seek some help from an unlikely posse of friends, a rival Chicago Russian mobster family. They have their back even when the blood and bullets start to fly.
Once again, I have no words for this unique twist. Mainly, because this family is a mob dynasty in their own right. Here’s to hoping these two authors gives these alpha protective/ticking time bombs mafioso brothers their own books. Heck, even the sister, whom I found myself wanting to hate, has me dying to know what’s behind that beautiful face/ice cold glacial stare.
With an August release date, I hope it doesn’t take until the snow falls to get my mafioso romance addicted hands on book 3. Though the writing flows seamlessly and grabs you and doesn’t let go, I can’t wait to see this Romeo and Juliet couple finally get their forever HEA.

Another installment of Violet and Kaz. Oh, the romance and action packed plot! These two authors make book magic happen together.
I cannot wait to read the next book!!! This series is amazing!! You love all the characters and cannot wait to find out what's going to happen next!!! This author keeps you on your toes 😁
Once again LM delivers. This book had suspense, romance, danger and a little bit of mystery. I've always fallen into a fit of ignorance when I pick up a Book by this author. I ignore everything due to the storylines she creates. Truly captivating and worth the read.
Wow just wow!!! I loved how the story jumped right in where it left off. I read it all in one hit!! Despite the chaos going on around Kaz & Violet their connection is as strong as ever. So many truths have come to the surface in this one but there's so much more to come!! Drama/Action/Romance all in one beautiful package. I just can't wait for the third installment. The suspense is going to kill me lol
I'm officially a Bethany Kris fiend! I wish I could buy all her stories in actual book form so I could hound her to autograph everyone of them! She is a fracmazing author! Seriously, start with Filthy Marcellos and don't stop! I'm so glad she introduced me to London Miller, between these two authors I wonder....could I get paid to read.....because I can't put their books down!!!!!!
